本公司保證所有在健之美生命科技有限公司製造及經本公司 www.healthylife.hk 網頁購買的產品均有質量保證，而所有產品退換必需遵守此條款。除了外盒及包裝外，所有損壞或錯誤運送之產品 (除非由顧客所導致)，健之美生命科技有限公司會於送貨日期後七天內安排退換，顧客須自行安排退貨及承擔運費。如若產品已經被開封或被飲用，健之美生命科技有限公司是絕不會作出任何退換或退款，唯產品自身質量問題除外。

退換產品
所有退換之產品需保持完好包裝及未曾被飲用，連同發票將產品退回健之美生命科技有限公司。所有退換會在收到產品退回後七個工作天內( 星期六、日及公眾假期除外 ) 處理。 ( 不包括遞送時間 )

退換程序:
1. 填寫退換表格並連同相關發票副本。
2. 把要退換的產品置於穩妥外盒以防運送途中有所損壞。顧客須自行安排退貨及承擔運費，產品退回健之美生命科技有限公司位於荃灣國瑞路88號新豐中心B座9樓15B室辦事處。本公司不會負責產品在退回過程中出現的損壞，更不會提供免費產品收回服務。
3. 為確保退換之產品能被稳妥退回至本公司位於荃灣辦事處，建議委托有貨件追綜服務的物流公司如聯邦快遞等運送。
4. 請於外盒上寫上訂購單編號，以便能加快退換過程。
5. 健之美生命科技有限公司只負責退換貨品的派送費用。
6. 本公司會以電郵形式發訊通知顧客，有關退換產品的進度及退換產品的派送日期。

退換:
1. 退回貨品價值與替換貨品的價值相同
- 沒有其他額外費用或退款
2. 退回貨品價值大於替換貨品的價值
- 客人需要先付差額, 待確認收到款項後, 才會安排送貨或給客人自取

不可退換的產品
所有不可退換的產品會被視為顧客自願棄置，並同時授權健之美生命科技有限公司代顧客處理產品棄置事宜。
所有不可退換的產品均不會獲得本公司任何退款。

以下產品不能退換 :
• 產品已經被開封或曾被飲用
• 不能提供有效的購貨發票
• 由顧客自身令產品包裝受到破壞、損毀或不完整
• 所有贈品或試用裝
• 產品在收貨後超過七天才被退回到健之美生命科技有限公司
• 因顧客疏忽而導致損壞或提供錯誤遞送地址以致錯送之產品

退款

1. 退款全數會被退回於原來支付貨款的PayPal帳戶內。退款需要最小10個工作天(星期六、星期日及公眾假期除外)處理。
2. 只有產品之價格會被退回，其餘包括運送費用及所有入口稅清關費用與增值稅(如適用)等其它費用均不獲退回。
3. 隨產品一併付上之所有贈券或贈品 (如適用 )，必須退回健之美生命科技有限公司後方獲安排退款事宜。

無法派送的訂單
1. 由於顧客疏忽而導至產品未能送到顧客所指定之地址並被退回健之美生命科技有限公司，本公司只會退回經扣除運送費及其它相關費用，包括行政處理費 ( 約相等於產品價格之20%) 後之產品價格。
2. 由於無法派送而被退回健之美生命科技有限公司之產品，相關之訂購單會被本公司視為被顧客取消。
3. 無法派送的訂單不會獲得本公司任何退款。

Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Our satisfaction guaranteed policy ensures that any product you purchase through www.healthylife.hk meets the supreme quality standards. For all damaged, defective or wrongly delivered products excluding all outer package (unless otherwise caused by the purchaser himself) may be returned to or exchanged with Healthy Life Technology Co., Limited within 7 calendar days from the date of the delivery.Purchaser is responsible for product(s) return and the related shipping charges. Healthy Life Technology Co., Limited does not accept any returns, exchanges or refund of products which have been opened, consumed or used excluding of the manufacturing defect.

Return:
Each product should be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging and in the original unused condition together with the relevant invoice to receive a full refund. Please allow up to 7 business days (except Saturday, Sunday and Statutory holidays) to fully process you return or exchange (excluding the delivery time).

Steps:
1. Fill out the Return Form together with the relevant invoice’s copy.
2. Replace the item(s) in the packaging in which it was received. Please use a sturdy box to prevent in transit damage to the item(s). The purchaser is responsible for returning the returned / exchanged product(s) back to Healthy Life Technology Co., Limited at your own shipping charge. We are not responsible for damage to product(s) in transit back to us. You can return item(s) either by couriers or in person at Unit 15B, 9/F., Block B, Sun Fung Centre, 88 Kwok Shui Road, Tsuen Wan. No free pickup or delivery service is provided for any return or exchange item(s).
3. To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, a pre-paid and traceable method (such as UPS, FedEx, Certified mailetc) where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to trace the delivery is recommended.
4. Please write your order number on the outside of the shipping box or envelope so we can process your return faster.
5. Only the delivery cost for the replacement product(s) shall be borne by Healthy Life Technology Co., Limited.
6. The purchaser will be notified via email how the return or exchange will be made or when the replacement product(s) will be delivered.

Exchange:
1. Exchanges for products worth the same amount:
There will be no additional charge or refund.
2. Exchanges for products with a greater amount:
- You will have to settle the difference through PayPal first, the products would be delivered or pick up by client once confirmed receipt the payment.

Non Returnable / Non Exchangeable Item(s)
Allnon returnable ornon exchangeable item(s) shall be deemed to be abandoned by the purchaser and the purchaser shall be deemed to authorize Healthy Life Technology Co., Limited to dispose the abovementioned item(s).
No refund will be made to the purchaser for all non returnable ornon exchangeable item(s).

The following Items are non returnable / non exchangeable:
• Products that have been opened by being taken out of its plastic wrap or box or being consumed or used
• Purchaser cannot provide official invoice or receipt
• Products that are not in it original condition or are being damaged by the purchaser
• Any free gift or tester
• Productsthat are returned to Healthy Life Technology Co., Limited more than 7 calendar days from the date of delivery
• Products that are damaged, destructed or wrongfully delivered due to the purchaser's own negligence or default

Refund:

1. For refunds, the total amount of the returned item(s) will be credited back to your PayPal used in the original transaction. Please allow at least 10 business days (except Saturday, Sunday and Statutory holidays) for handle.
2. Only the purchase price paid by the purchaser will be refunded. No shipping cost, importation taxes or excise duties or other customs clearance charges sales, value added taxes or levies (if applicable) howsoever incurred will be refunded.
3. Promotional coupon or free gift (if applicable) delivered to the purchaser has to be returned before Healthy Life Technology Co., Limited is required to make any refund.

Undeliverable Order
1. If the Item(s) cannot be delivered to the address designated by the purchaser and thereby returned to Healthy Life Technology Co., Limited by the logistic agent, we will only refund the purchase price paid by the purchaser after deducting the shipping cost and all incidental costs and charges incurred and a handling fee (equivalent to 20 % ) of the purchase price of the Item(s) ordered therefrom.
2. Item(s) returned undelivered will not be sent to the purchaser again by Healthy Life Technology Co., Limited and the purchaser's order shall be deemed to have been cancelled by the purchaser.
3. No refund will be made to the purchaser for the undelivered item(s).
